Can you take a picture with my pet?

I love pets, but unfortunately no. My suit is very old and very expensive to maintain. Even well behaved pets might accidentally tear the fabric or worse. I also have to think about other people who might have severe pet allergies. Please arrange for all pets to be in another room when I visit. (the Reindeer are obviously special, Hypoallergenic deer)

Can you bring my children a gift, cookie dough to bake, or a craft to make?

Absolutely, but you will need to provide any items I need to bring. We can arrange to meet shortly before my visit so that I can place it in my big bag of presents.

What If I need to cancel?

Cancellations that occur with 7 days or more notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund. We booked a 40 minute visit, what happens if we finish early?

I will come prepared to ensure that we have enough to do to provide a very special experience for your family in the allotted time we have planned.

I would like to have you for an event that doesn't fit with any of your options, can you help?
